I don't see LeBron getting to 9 Finals in a row no matter how weak the East is. Eventually your body can't take that much wear and he will suffer injury, or he will get caught using something that's helping him stay in superhuman shape. I don't see it as humanly possible to make 9 Finals in a row unless he starts resting for weeks at a time in the regular season, no other key teammates suffer injury, and the East remains a huge joke. Eventually something's gotta give.

I would agree but the East is just so weak. I guess Boston did give them some trouble and they'll have the #1 pick, also we didn't get a chance to see how the Wiz fared against them. I've been waiting for a big Lebron injury forever and it never seems to happen, he might be a cyborg.

KD is a beast. I hope Ingram can some day be even close to his level

LeCavs looks extremely over-matched, they desperately need Kyrie to go nuclear to have a chance. I wish we could have seen what a healthy Kawhi could do, as it is I just don't see anyone beating a healthy Warriors any time soon.

I'm not surprised at KD outplaying LeBron, he outplayed him in the finals where OKC played the Heat.

The Cavs probably get one at home in order for the NBA to capitalize on this stupid schedule. The Warriors win it in 5 with 3 blowouts.

I remember game 1, KD was magnificent, then it all went to LeHell. I visited the Cavs forum and they are already conceding this year and are desperate for Melo or anyone.

I don't think Van Gundy is crazy at all to say maybe one of the best duos to ever play in Durant and Curry. 2 franchise players on their own teams now playing together. So good that Klay has the luxury of being the 3rd or 4th option depending on the circumstance.

Man if our young guys can even approach this kind of potential, exciting times will be ahead.

I'm loving this. We rarely get to see LeBron get beat down, I'll take whatever I can get. Pisses me off even more now that Green acted like an idiot and got suspended for game 5 last year.

LOL Frye missed a point blank layup. Stay behind the 3 point line where you belong, one trick pony.

Def one of the best skilled duos and Van Gundy's saving grace is he said "one of the best" because if he had done the ESPNesque crap of declaring them the best he should be slapped.

How the Cavs let Stephen Curry do LeBron numbers. Their defense is really faulty. LeBron's stat line is nice, which is why I'm frustrated he just stops playing when his team gets down. That's not the mentality of someone who's considered the greatest ever.

The good thing about KD to the Warriors (from the perspective of a Lebron hater)is that it's a good chance they keep Lebron stuck at 3 for the rest of his career. If GS wins last year it's possible Durant doesn't go there, giving Lebron a chance at more rings.

Yeah I mean... Scottie/Jordan, Kobe/Shaq, Magic/Kareem... Those are just the easy ones.

Now to be fair, these are two MVPs on the same team in their prime. I mean it's really unprecedented and bordering unfair.

Also as a sidenote I think Klay collects his hardware and leaves in a couple years. Why stick around being 3rd or sometimes 4th fiddle? He can forge his own path somewhere else.

Also I'm not that worried about GS going 16-0 because it's still not close to what the Lakers did in 2001 to the best teams of their generation.
