We're good either way. PG or no. We are sitting fine. In 4 years if if all plays out "typically" PG will begin the rapid spiral downward while our youth, if retained, will be hitting their young prime years. Maybe 3-4 out of our 7 youth make it (Ingram, Ball, Dar, Zu, Randle, JR, Lance). 3-4 is plenty. Particularly if it's the first 4. Ingram, Ball & DAR is a long 1-3. Any lateral movement problems will be made up by that length and team D. The others are trade fodder. We have to deal with these "turrible" contracrts Mitch & Jim strapped us with anyways. If we do it quick we have to attach assets. If that's JR/Randle I don't mind as much. Otherwise it is the waiting game, that is an option. Maybe a piece like DAR blows up but doesn't really fit in with us, we make a trade. We need to be patient right now while at the same time keeping eyes out there like a hawk for beneficial moves. I believe much will be answered this coming season about our youth and overall situation.
If you ask me, I'd settle with something more tangible than just potential so if we could have PG and keep as much potentials as we can, I'd go for it. Sent from my E6533 using Tapatalk
I know. I'm glad we felt the need to jump straight to lynching. There were a couple other ways we could have gone, but we committed to lynching from the get-go.
