Only thing I took away from this game is that the Warriors still haven't figured LeBron out, like he still almost had 30 in a loss, he shot 9/20 but still got the rim. And Kyrie still cut to the basket any time he wanted and scored. LeBron's minions won't shoot poor every game, game 2 will be super close and watch LeBron have like 40 and 15, then the media who are very quiet right now will be back to LeBron>>>>MJ talk. But I enjoy seeing CAVS/Lebron utopia silent. And seeing them continue to make excuses when they lose really grins my gears. It's not going to take away from LeBron's career or greatness to show he has bad performances like any other player. And to discredit whatever defensive solution the Warriors had for them is a bit disrespectful, as I saw somewhere Klay defended the Cavs and had them shooting 1-12 in the 4th.
Klay shoots 3/16 and the Cavaliers still get blown out by 22. Not good. Just Game 1 and you don't wanna overreact, but not a good start to these Finals. I don't care who wins, but I'd just like to see a competitive NBA Finals.
"KD is tired of losing to LeBron" Hmmmmm is KD really losing or did LeBron have slightly better role players around him? Through 3 games of 2012 finals... Their career stats are identical as well. KD's first finals was at 23, LeBron's at 22. Interesting they're not playing up this LeBron KD matchup which is way more entertaining than the non existent Curry/LeBron matchup.
i had forgotten that one of the best things about the finals is all the internet/gif/meme reaction during/after. all of it has me cracking up. only down side was warriors losing last year and creating countles 3-1 related material thank you to all who have posted it so far!
in 2012, harden wet the bed. it's basically that simple, imo. so, it was westbrook/durant/a frightened child vs lebron/wade/bosh.
Good to see Lebron lose, but as Jazzy said I remember last year very well so I'm no celebrating...yet.
Series could turn on an ankle just like that. Hope no cheap shots in anyone's bag of last resort tricks.
This year Curry looks healthy and fresh, that might be a difference maker as well as KD. Lebron can't guard both and he can't do it the entire game.
Did he? Durant had Russell Westbrook and James Harden for those Finals. LeBron had a past prime Wade and Chris Bosh.
KD had James Harden? That's like saying Kobe had help from Kwame Brown when they combined to score 84 points vs Toronto.
