Wait... his rehab is taking time off and going to warm cities by the beach?...

So he's on vacation in the middle of the season?...

OMG. I apologize... very not cool to gloat over other players' physical problems. But this is kind of rich. Because I don't believe all the happy horse bleep he wrote in that letter to Cleveland and why he was "really" coming back. I believe if he felt HIS chances for a 3rd ring would have been better in Miami he would have still been there. IMO he definitely thought that he had two fresh new "super pals" in Kyrie Irving and pre-arranged (can't say tampered with [IMG] ) Kevin Love. He was "CHASING" .... look at the freaking Opt Out Option in this the 1st year of his new contract. Ruh Roh .......ooops........cold weather effs his knees up now that he's older and off the juice. (allegedly) [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

I can only laugh at this. Dude got tired of the first ex and ran away on a vacation with the most recent ex to get juiced up.

Seriously. This is as ridiculous as they come. Go rest at home with an electric heating pad and a hot tub. No need to run all the way to Miami unless there's something else you need there.

LeBron earlier this week said he hadn't really felt great all season long...

I bet feels better when he comes back from Miami.

If he comes back and looks anything like his old self then it's gotta be certain that he's was and is juicing in Florida.

You bet ^^^ and hit him with a surprise early "random" and have someone watch him in the process to make sure he's not using one of these: [IMG] [IMG]

This is one of the reasons I cant stand Lebron. What superstar would make weather excuses? Just boggles my mind the rich stuff he comes up with.

Oh my goodness the excuses for and from this guy. What, did he FORGET the winter in Cleveland is cold? :D Also, how can it be that bad, he's 30, not 80, there are plenty of players that play in cold cities and deal with it.

I beleive he's sore, 4 Finals in a row and many deep playoff runs before that will do that, but I also believe he's at least partly regretting this decision like LT said. He was going "home", but mostly he was ditching an aging Wade to ring chase with some young stars and going where he seems to be the GM and coach of the team.

This still all partly feels like narrative for when they turn it around and win it all though. It feels to me like LeBron creates half of his drama for fun. This story isn't a huge deal, but combined with the team being mediocre, the coach supposedly on the hot seat, and his comments to Wade during the Miami game, it gets made bigger. I'll enjoy all of this later on if they lose in the playoffs, until then I'm not celebrating. I trust none of these new suddenly good teams like Atlanta, Toronto, or Washington when things get tight in the playoffs over a guy like LeBron who's been there and his many, many friends with whistles and black and white striped shirts.

Having been deployed and/or living all over the planet I can understand how the cold hurts the body. However, being a Cali boy I was never use to the cold weather of some of the overseas places I have lived so my joints and all hurt like hell until I got use to being there. The guys from the cold states didn't have the same issues as I did in fact most adapted well to being back in the cold. Lebron grew up in Clev and though he spent the last few years in Miami there is no way in hell he can get me to believe its sooooooo cold there he needed to go to Miami to rehab. He has his own gym in his house, he can have his own trainers/medical team come to his house like Kobe does and he can sleep in his own bed keeping wear off his body. This truly rings to me to be some type of "special" treatment that Florida is constantly known for specializing.

How no one in the media (even someone trying to make a name for themselves) hasn't tossed a little red flag to the drastic change in Bron and now the need to be in Florida (of all places) is beyond me.

Lebron is the NBA's and media's golden child, no way will they bring that up. I really want to see how far the excuses he gets go.

They're not ready to bury him yet, but it'll come. SOMEONE has to blow the whistle eventually and it'll happen before he retires I think. When it finally looks like Durant and Davis are ready, they'll bury LeBron.

I was born in PA, lived there for 22 of the first 23 years of my life, but I've lived in TX (4 yrs) and FL (8 yrs) since then. Given that fact I am obviously qualified (this is sarcasm) to say that he's a whiner.

He seems to be losing his "glow" a little bit but I am still shocked that the sharks haven't turned on him yet. I would be totally surprised if he isn't outed (Dwight too) in some "insider" article in the next few years. If he stays with the Cavs it won't happen as soon as I think but if he bounces I can't imagine how any of the secrets stay hidden.

Maybe you have something though there isn't an heir apparent right now. Durant is recovering and still uncertain with the game of Westbrook. Davis is still in that small market that no one can say for sure will be able to battle. So it has to be Bron still. Yup, you make a good point Real.
