As long as the new Pacers FO doesn't try to make a statement about not getting fleeced in a PG trade, by taking too hard a stance on what they aquire for him, this might be a very good thing.
I could see Pritchard being a sticker on a trade for PG13 and wanting a lot for him because he's trying to show he knows that he's doing and can get a lot back for him to prove his worth. Of course, he loses some leverage if PG tells them he wants to leave but I'm not so sure its going to affect Prichard and what he wants in return. The vote whether PG13 gets on 3rd team or not and if we can keep are pick is so big right now.
could go a lot of ways. new gm may not be wedded to sunk cost, so be willing to move george for less. or he may try to make a splash, as others have indicated. that top 3 pick should totally get this done, for la or boston, imo.

george has had opportunities to refute his la interest. wonder if he'll finally take one. if i were an indy fan, i'd be annoyed, like i was with howard during his brief stay in la.
I hope that narrative keeps on going. The more steam/truth it gains, the less other teams are going to be willing to give up, which in turn gives us more leverage in a potential deal. I like where this is heading.
