Well not anymore. Frye is not a starting PF and their depth is D Williams, TT, and sometimes James. Cavs going to be going smaaaall for a while.
The Cavs could trade Frye to the Lakers for Black and Huertas. While this doesn't add size from a quantity standpoint, at least Black will bring toughness to the table. Huertas gives them another playmaker. For the Lakers, Frye gives them a big man with range, which they currently don't have. Plus it frees up a roster spot if they want to sign someone, like Larry Sanders. Or the Cavs can just sign Larry Sanders themselves.
With the additions of Deron and Bogut, the Cavs will have 7 players that were drafted at #1-4. One thing I will agree with SAS, he has no excuses now. Cavs went out and got him more players.
