    I feel ya, but the Deng and Mozgov contract won't kill us. Mozgov is playing well, and Deng should turn it around a bit - and we'll still be able to offer a good-sized contract before we have to lock up some young guys in the following season.

    Funny that most years I wanted the FO to take on longer, cheaper contacts. I didn't expect Luke to make such a difference as to potentially be a prime destination for free agents.

    probably frustrated with himself for his plan of resting griffin resulting in a loss.

    rest your stars in road games that were going to be challenging anyway (i.e., @gs on a b2b). doing so against inferior competition like bkn just motivates them further and gives you a chance of losing a game you shouldn't.

    the counter seems rather simple, though, right? just play leonard on a lesser player and save his star assignment for crunch time. in fact, why that wasn't the plan from the beginning is puzzling, as many star players have done this over the years.

    He had slimmed down considerably too, I remember reading.

    This was one big the Moz detractors were pining for.

    Another was Biyumbo. What's his season been looking like? Minutes, offensive and defensive stats?
