    Yeah, anothe poster mentioned; the comparison to Iggy defensively is nice, but I think Luke could potentially be alluding to the playmaking potential that Ingram has...Iggy is an underrated playmaker and a good model for Ingram to follow, IMO.

    btw, i keep saying prince in part because of the no-frills game he has. i could also say kawhi leonard in this regard. ingram's probably not going to be a fixture in the highlight reels, but his team is likely to be a fixture in the playoffs.

    I like the Kawhi Leonard comparison. I think that's his ceiling, which would be amazing.

    I have said that if Ingram isnt starting by yr 2 he has disappointed....i didnt think people would get on him this early though, i mean have we not learned from dlo rookie yr?

    I think he's hesitant because he's on a new team full of shot takers, once he realizes that our best shot is him shooting he'll be more aggressive

    He's a rookie, he played at Duke where everything is team first, his unselfishness at thjs moment is a good thing IMO. He's not looking to come in and dominate and he's not going to anyway yet with his frame. He's playing next to guys who shoot a lot in JC and Russ, and he's feeling his way along slowly. I've got no issue with how he's being brought along. My only problem with him is his ft shooting, a pure shooter like him should be much better and he needs to fix that and be around 80%. His in game shots will come, they're not way off, and last game he buried some nice ones. He's gonna be good, he's got a real all around game, it's just going to take patience on our part.

    You have got to be kidding me. It's the freaking pre-season dude and he's a kid. A high school kid basically. It's gonna take him some time to get accumulated to the NBA. He's not just gonna be a star right away. Give him some time for Christ's sake.
