Still waiting for him to "figure it out". The "sports science" dude that could pass around obstacles with crazy english on the ball. Stop turning the ball over so much.

Just kidding with you by the way. :p

I wonder if some of the people treat their in-real-life decisions with the same amount of scrutiny. Like choosing a life partner. Or a career.
    I knew it.

I just... the scrutiny for a 20 years old kid is unfair.

this is not just one game, it is been that way since last season. he keeps on talking mostly by way of twitter like he's already established, act like an idiot like his friend Nick Young, but remain inconsistent in his play. His play is forgivable but if he continues talking without backing it up, I mean you know, pretenders just don't last long in the league but blowhards just gets nailed to the wall.

Then you don't have to worry about it. It will sort itself out. Asking him to do more or less of this or that is pretentious, as if you know his work conditions, expectations placed by people who actually should matter to him - coaches, his peers... or how bad it was last year.

The answer to your question is: you will know it when you see it. It's a visceral confirmation, not numerical. That balance will just happen and the criticism will naturally go down. The criticism is high now for a reason.

Don't fall in love so soon Zenmaster...

See... this game is a good illustration, regardless of how DAR does in the second half.

So... when is the cut-off point on yapping? What is the cycle?

Say... DAR yaps on 4th. Stinks up the joint in game on 5th. Then has a good game on 8th. Does the yapping on October 4th apply to the game on October 8th?

    1 YAP = 3 days window?

    SMDH.

Hell he keeps shooting like that I don't care if he pulls out his damn phone again while taking break on the bench.

On another note, and I think trodgers made note of it in one of his amazing fun fact postings, Marcello looks decently quick and like he busts his a** at least trying out there on defense. Say no to sirron's insult ......

i think mudiay going hard at him early got him into the game. maybe we need to pay opposing players to rattle his cage a bit each night?

Oh D'Angelo. This kid looks like he's going to be Brandon Jennings streaky for the first couple of years. I hope he works on expanding his game like Clarkson.....or he WILL end up being Brandon Jennings.

And for him to dominate.... Maybe it is better that he doesn't talk so much, and just lets his play improve as he grows. If he continues to set the expectations higher and doesn't meet them, then who is at fault?

I don't like the overthinking (purposeless dribbling) in court, move the ball or better yet shoot the hell out of it.

Great man. Just experienced the downside to Florida life though. Had to evacuate for the hurricane. luckily everything turned out good for me and the worst of the storm missed my area.

On the game the other night, I thought Russell played the best. I'd definitely like to see the turnovers go down though.

I thought he played well. Defensively, he is improving and that will help

I think JC has been our best player, though.

Where were you? I didn't know people near Orlando were evacuating.

Its only been 2 games, but Russell's effort on defense has been great so far. Luke gave him a lot of praise for fighting over a lot of the screens in the 2nd game.
