    That's awful. Philadelphia has had terrible luck or is just abusing their players. I don't know which - but I don't wish this kind of injury history on any players, fan bases, or franchises. Crikey.

    Over 30 pounds of muscle? Is it really possible to gain that much weight on muscle alone in such a short amount of time? Like a few months?

    I would figure the roids but man that would be some serious injections with 24 7 working out to gain that much muscle. Hell its hard to gain that much being lazy and pigging out in that same time frame

    should not have put so much extra weight on his body. even if it is the good kind of weight (muscle). Gary Vitti was just talking about these a day or two ago on NBATV regarding Ingram. We dont want to rush putting a ton of weight on him because that can indirectly cause injuries to happen because the ligaments and other body parts aren't used to the added weight.
