We're offended. Stop on line bullying.

 

I was bullied in 7th grade for a 2 week period. I reached the point of no return and punched the prick in the face, in the classroom, in front of the teacher and all the other students. I was never bullied again from 7th grade through high school or again for that matter. It also helps that I grew to be 6'2 250 pounds.

Football. It was fabulous. You could hit people then and you got a pat on the back. Played basketball too. All sports.

But that's kind of lack of competing....

Anyways, best the youngins keep any predictions or bravado to themselves til they are capable of influencing an outcome.

 

At 6'2" or shorter, but beefy and really strong, what was your basketball position and game like? Am thinking must be guard but sounds like maybe you could have bounced people out of your way and played one of the forward spots too. Could you shoot? Handles?

 

I was like Charles Barkley. Short for the big man position but it was very easy to move guys on the block with my lower body without even thinking about it. Great thing about playing football for so long and then playing basketball is basketball players generally cant handle physicality. It throws them off. That helped me a lot right off the bat. There was one guy though, man, he was 6'8 and he could ball and i could not post him up. Just too tall. So I started shooting and solved the issue a little. My shot was the turn around jumper on the baseline. I used to watch Hakeem do it so much growing up I used that as my separator and it was closer to the basket. My jump shot was ok. I have big palms but short fingers so ball handling usually depended on what kind of ball I was dribbling.

 

I'm disappointed that it's taken me this long to figure this out, and sorry if it's been mentioned already - but dude looks like Method Man.
