I have a huge problem bowing down at the temple of Westbrook and giving up a large portion of our hard earned and extremely well drafted young assets for a balls to the wall 28 year old high flyer who is one bad landing away after we do all that from f****** the franchise's future going forward. Steve Nash was much older but same scenario and same results. Nash not a high flyer hurt and done at older age. Westbrook hurt and never again the same dominant force (see D. Rose) going forward into the rest of his huge Lakers contract we mortgaged our future for.

Yeah plus he's a FA... Might as well wait a year, he knows it's more beneficial for him due to the fact he can turn those players into ammo to get the players he/Mitch want.

One thing I really like about D-Lo - he's able to square up his upper body & hit shots when his feet aren't set. Very useful for keeping defenders honest. I'm not saying he is the shooter that Curry is, but Curry is able to get to the rack because defenders play him so tight 25 ft out. If D-Lo's awkward-footed-jumpers can attract that kind of defense, it will open up his game and our offense. Very excited.

As for trading our young guys for Westbrook, I'm no longer in that camp. Our guys have made big enough strides and have garnered praise from guys like PG13. These are the beginnings of making LAL an FA destination again. Let's not forget OKC has almost no leverage either! Don't trade. He might just sign here next summer

I agree here...theres not much to gain by trading for wb now, his max ext will take us out of signing that other max fa and if okc takes both ingram/dlo indont see whats left is enough to trade for that other star player either. Unless we find some sucker to take mozgov or deng to free up $ for that other star, a wb team with mozgov/deng is medicore at best, not even better than current okc w/o durant

Not sure entirely what happened but there's some buzz on Twitter about D'angelo cheating on his girlfriend or something and getting a lot of hate for it. If it was anyone else, it wouldn't even be a story, but if it's true I'm sure BSPN is gonna make a big deal out of it.

man, someone lock this guy in a church gym or something. i'm tired of hearing about dlo, young, and clarkson's personal lives. why? because it's immaterial to basketball? maybe a little. but moreso because all of it makes them sound like d******es.
