    I think it's a bad idea to ask someone to create unsustainable or unhealthy habits. I think he'll find a way to succeed at any weight.

    Or looking like maybe there are better choices with which to choose concerning ones hair? :Crazyartest: I did buy in BTW just a tiny little bit on the tall thick hair "maybe" having a potential negative effect on "some" guys shots.     Looks like a burrito from heaven. Problem is we want Ingram to gain muscle weight and lean mass, not put on flab like Snaq and Charles used to do. That won't help him. He's just a young guy that has to grow into his body. Most of us that had a hard time putting on weight when we were young know that changes quickly enough, and you don't need bad eating habits once the metabolism slows down. Hopefully he is getting the best advice, and he seems like a humble kid willing to accept input from people he respects around him.

    He really seems like one of those Duncan types that you won't be able to help but respect even if he isn't on your team. Randle and Russell can rub opponents wrong if there is too much showmanship of "ice in veins", and "you can't guard me", big ball dance stuff. I love how he handles himself, and can't wait til he learns additional phrases than "of course" to answer questions lol.
