Haha. Russell seems to just love hanging around the facility. Always there supporting our new guys.

Not sure if this from today or what, but if it is D'Angelo went straight to Garden Grove from El Segundo after practice to go work with (work on?) the kids.

I'd insert a Chris Rock "Nothin' wrong with that" gif, but I can't find one.

...appears that Russell is taking the reins now, wants accountability and be the leader. He has to talk on defense too.

Luke should be telling D'Angelo to just man up. Communication with your head coach is overrated. All it takes is grit.

    - Excited to grow with Ingram.
    - Ingram sees the floor, can shoot, etc. "I feel like the sky is the limit"
    - Luke vs. Walton- Accountability. Coaches call you on mistakes, teach, you learn, good communication.
    - Ingram's length stands out. Thought he beat Ingram, but Ingram still got the block. Good at things you can't teach.
    - Been grinding, working on consistency, shot making, post game, a little everything.
    - Doesn't know if he's grown or anything.
    - He was very salty about a Nick Young question regarding fireworks (I believe Medina asked). Basically killed the interview.

...looks like Russell is thinking he has found a partner in crime however long they are together. I think the Young question was just to bring a rise out of him. Reporters sometimes just ask certain questions just to screw with interview subjects. So un-professional, immature and inconsiderate... I would bet I can conduct a better Q&A myself without being a dip.

Feels like this is really this group's first year together. Shot at B0ron. After mistakes you're held accountable immediately and shown what you did wrong, it's a teaching moment and you learn. Shot at B0ron. Love it. Last year whenever he was asked what he did wrong to get pulled from games or to lose his starting spot, his response was "I don't know, coach didn't talk to/tell me". Also, he clearly isn't buds with Nick Young.

:KobeConfused: Not sure if serious? Boron worked overtime .....all day every day..... like his predecessor, a couple years prior, Mike Brown's mentality, to "earn" those jokes.
