One thing I won't do is count out the Cavs. Some weird stuff has happened this playoff season. And LeBron is LeBron, he may not be spry and springy like young LeBron was but he's still arguably the best player and can turn a series around in a heartbeat. Also J.R. Smith won't be scoreless through 3 quarters like this game.

I look for them to be super physical next game.

Thank you my fellow anti-jinxer, we need more of this around here. Back to the series though, I can't believe how much time they're putting between games to milk this. Game 2 isn't until Sunday? Come on now, that's ridiculous, no one is traveling, LeBron doesn't have cramps this time, stop it.

Just one game, but not looking good for Cavs if they get blown out with Curry and Klay barely scoring.

Sorry guys, but I'm definitely not counting out the Cavs. The narrative after today's game will be "Warriors in 4...Warriors in 5...Cavs shouldn't bother showing up....blah blah blah". That's goin to motivate the crap out of these guys per usual...and idiots like JR Smith and Delly are going to drain 3s left and right. I honestly think this series is still going 7 games. Can never ever count out the Cavs with LeBron.

The thing I really noticed: how ineffective overall LeBron was going to the rim. How many times did he got stripped or blocked? The future for LeBron is looking bleak and time is already catching up to him...

They'll hit some 3s, but the Warriors are really good at defending 3s. They surely won't out-shoot the Warriors over a 7 game series. As one sports writer said, "the Warriors shots are worth more points than other teams."

So many people are rooting against the Warriors for the simple fact that everyone loves LeBron and wants to see him edge closer to MJ's career tally. I never saw this type of encouragement for any other player. I understand if most fans wanted to see the city of Cleveland have a bright spot like a championship to one of their sports teams, but people simply hate the Warriors and Curry because they're getting in the way of LeBron's glory. All on social media all I see are Cavs supporters, from everyone.

I want the Warriors to win for the simple fact that many people can't tolerate seeing Curry take LeBron's spotlight lol.

He didn't transition his game early enough. It was weird seeing him look a bit slow and seeing him picked so easy. I'm used to him dominating with ease. He's an amazing player, brilliant basketball mind, however a large portion of his game was solely because of his athleticism and super build. His high fg% is because he gets to the paint a lot, but when that breaks down what happens? He's still great and can shoot the ball but if he doesn't find other outside things to prolong his career it definitely can get bleak. He didn't transition slowly into a perimeter player like Kobe did which is why Kobe's career was so prolonged and he outlasted his peers.

Well I'm glad I'm not on social media very much if this is the case. Everyone I know is rooting against LeBron. If he loses this year there is no excuse. Irving is healthy, Love is healthy, he got Wiggins traded for love, he got his boy Thompson re-signed, he got Lue as his coach like he wanted, this is the situation he put himself in. If Love can't get it done well maybe you shouldn't have counted out Wiggins so soon. If Irving can't get it done well maybe you should have trusted Pat Riley and stayed in Miami with a proven partner in Wade. LeBron picked his new 2 stars to join with, relatively young guys that could carry him longer than Wade and Bosh, and if he can't get it done, again, no excuses. And that is why it will be so sweet if the Warriors win, I don't give a s*** what social media or the actual media says, I will know the truth, LeBron is no MJ, and he's not on Kobe's level, no excuses this time.

I actually regret checking special media out even a little bit too, that one guy that sirron posted a tweet from on the last page calling out LeBron haters actually said that LeBron's Finals career has been nothing but unlucky excerpt for a Ray Allen 3. Unlucky? Sorry, champions find a way more than 2 out of 6 times, hopefully soon to be 2 out of 7 times.

Oh and Stephen A was pissing me off with his LeBron love on First Take all week too. Saying how his heart is with the Cavs even if his head is with the Warriors. Saying how he so badly doesn't want to see LeBron go 2-5 in the Finals, how he can't stand the idea and that a player of his greatness deserves better, and that he's such a great person and deserves to win. Making me sick with that bs, you either win or you don't, whoever wins deserved it. Jerry West and those great Lakers only got 1 ring in many chances. Wilt also only got 2 in many chances. Nobody is crying for those guys, they got beat much more than they won, oh well. LeBron will hopefully be this era's version of that, except without "clutch" anywhere near his nickname.

In fact LeBron shot his worst percentage from outside since his rookie season. I don't have his post up stats, but I haven't seen enough growth there either. Unless something drastic changes, his game is going to drop of a cliff very quickly probably within a few years. I always suspected it, but it's becoming clear in the last couple of years. He's still able to do a lot with his body and he still has great impact on the game, but I can't see that going on for a lot longer.

The sooner the Lebron era is over the better for me.

I feel like LeBron looked like his usual self in the Toronto series. Tonight he definitely struggled getting to the rim but I just think the Warriors have excellent defense. LeBron isn't used to playing defenses like the Warrior's. Plus Iguodala is the perfect matchup for LeBron and always gives him a hard time. And we can't forget that this is his 6th Finals in a row. Think about how exhausting it is to play into June for that many consecutive seasons.

LeBron's game will decline as you said but for now I'd say it's the Warriors defense and fatigue.

Warriors are just a better team. Looking forward to when Klay and Steph actually play well. Should be a total butt kicking.
