    I don't know if this is the same thing but I saw a press conference from Adam Silver in Vegas after his meetings to discuss rule changes.

    Very glad to see they won't be changing the intentional foul rule. The worst thing for the game would be to reward players for not making FT's.

    So:

    -No change to moratorium
    -No hack-a-Shaq change
    -Playoff seeding by record, no division help

    I'm glad there's no change to hack-a-Shaq. Learn to shoot free throws! I think they should have changed the moratorium though. I still don't think it makes any sense to do it the way they do.
