Nick Young Discussion: Declines His Option - See Ya Swaggy!

Sorry Nick. You're (mostly) a good guy, but you gotta go. The flaws you have hold back our team.

 

He's gone, he has to be with the whole Russ situation. He probably was anyway, they've been trying to trade him, he doesn't play, I doubt he gets along with B0ron who may be back, Nick is outta here.

 

I kind of feel bad for Nick. He's a good guy. But, this is just not a good situation here for him with Byron and Russ.

 

To clarify for the shoes: Kobe didn't do it out of malice or anything. Nick wanted Kobe to sign his Adidas and Kobe refused to sign anything but Nikes.

Just wanted to clear that up... Some of these articles are pretty clickbait-y.

 

What passes for journalism nowadays...[rolls eyes]. Writers like to embellish or sensationalize their pieces to a degree for attention. I suppose that is the law of the land given there is so much competition out there.

 

If you watch the interview it's just a light, silly moment. It's your typical Nick Young style story. He's a likable goofball even if he's a dumbbell.

 

My first thought: why is this still in LD?

My second thought: good for them for staying together I guess.

My third thought: damn he's stupid. It's too bad he's the one closest to our two young guards on the team.

Kelvin Washington and Travis Rodgers were making fun of Swaggy this morning on the radio for this. The funny part is, as they were making fun of his ability to spell, they were mispronouncing the word he tried to spell. They kept saying reb-el-ee when that word would be pronounced more along the lines of reb-lay. So maybe Swaggy can't spell, but evidently they can't read well as they tried adding an extra e that Swaggy didn't add.
