    Ok this will be the only time I ever give Scott any credit....I still hate the guy...still want him fired....but I'm glad he stuck it out with D'Angelo tonight in spite of him having a few costly TO's and just going cold on the offensive end in the 4th. I thought for sure he was going to pull him for lou or huertas to try and "win the game"...but he stuck it out with the young core and it paid off.

    Still hate the guy...still want him fired....but he didn't add fuel to the fire with this DAR situation by benching him when he was struggling him...and I have to give him some credit for that.

    Too little, too late, f*** you. I'm glad the team gave him an awful birthday present. If they lose the next game it will be back to "we weren't ready to play, man up, show some pride, have grit, foxhole".

    Agreed. He's out the door this summer for sure. I don't buy this "we might keep him" nonsense. the only reason to keep him is if everyone turns down the job. The only reason for him to be there is if there's no one else on the planet who will take the Lakers' money and I don't see that happening.

    He's rarely right, but he was with this situation and honestly I hate to say it but he's been right about Russell's maturity being an issue too. Out of the last two years he's gotten a handful of things right. What a horrible coach.

    Sure seems to be a lot of people saying he's going to be back....and I'm just going to brace myself and expect that Scott WILL be back and that way I won't be upset or shocked when we keep him as HC.

    Again, Scott does deserve some credit tonight for sticking with the young core given ALL the scrutiny leading up to this game with the 48 point loss and DAR fiasco....a typical scott move would have been changing the starting lineup with 8 games left in the season to "teach the young guys a lesson" that "nothing is given" or some typical BS crap that he usually spews out. He's keeping his promise so far. He actually put the young core back in with like 8 minutes left in the game...usually he waits until it's too late and they can't get into rhythm (at around the 4 minute mark) or he just stays with Lou and others no matter how bad he's playing.

    He still sucks....still should be fired...nothing has changed. Just simply giving him props for not pulling a Boron tonight when this entire season has told us that he's most likely to pull a Boron when the young core makes mistakes.
