:KobeConfused: Sirron, I have read this post multiple times and cannot figure out what your reference is to? Looked at all the posts on previous page, and nothing there. D'Angelo's hair is more like AI's hair, not Kelly hair. But I want to support you in your time of frustration if I can. Is your Kelly hair WMC in the wrong thread, maybe? Help me to help you. WTF ..... over?

Everybody notices his hairdos but not his tattoos in weird places... I mean it's in his forearm, middle of his chest and calf I think. Unless he inks his whole body later on.

I understand he's still young, experimenting with different looks, but someone needs to tell him he looked better before.

Can he dunk... like, at all? Because that pic makes you think he's another Carter or Wiggins ;).

He can definitely dunk, but I don't know if he can between-the-legs dunk the ball.

He needs to work on his shot. I think more than anything, getting more consistent on his jumper will open up the game for him a lot more. It seems to me that the core of his jump shot form is good, but he's just inconsistent with the mechanics. For someone whose jumper was supposedly one of his best aspects coming into the draft, he is coming up short way too much.

But despite all that, he passes the eyeball test. Really, he's been struggling with the things that are supposedly his bread and butter (shooting and passing). I feel part of him wants to live up to the hype of being a great passer and he forces a few unnecessary flashy passes. Eventually he'll be able to time those better. For now, it's obvious that he has a high basketball IQ. Some of his best plays IMO are the hockey assists that don't end up on the highlight reels. The shooting touch will get there.

But the biggest concern coming out of the draft was his lack of athleticism. Watching him play, I don't really see that being an issue so far. He's very crafty with the ball and his size is a legitimate advantage on both ends of the floor. He's able to get himself into good positions on the court, he just needs more experience and the confidence to capitalize on that.

I'm wondering how the potential absence of Clarkson will affect him. Is he going to step up and play more aggressive? I surely hope so. We need him to, and besides if there are any positives about this latest injury, it creates an opportunity for Russell to take over a little and build some confidence.

He just has to hit his jumpers. I get all the growing pains, learning the game at this level, the feel for it, all of that but its vital he's makes his jumper which he hasn't been doing.

Agreed. It becomes even more imperative when he is in the starting lineup with Randle who hasn't developed a consistent outside shot. 2 of your 5 starting who can't hit fromthe outside creates problems.
