    Dude, you don't work out your calves, give us a break. I do, you don't. You know how I know? Because I always have to dust the calf machine when I use it twice a week.

    This actually gives me a little hope that there will be some level of punishment. Otherwise why would the NBA bring this up at all.

    I feel like they wouldn’t let the trade go through if it was a large punishment. As an example, imagine if Kawhi has his contract voided and can’t play for them this season - Raptors just gave up a ton and got punished for the Clippers acts.

    I imagine this means Kawhi could miss some games. And the clippers might lose a draft pick or something. Not a major issue for either party.

    I read it differently. The trade will not be completed until the NBA investigation is complete because the Raptor will not assume the risk of penalties. That says to me that the Raptor think there will be penalties and they don’t want to be on the hook for them instead of the Clippers.

    i'm predicting the clips get a slap on the wrist, kawhi's contract gets voided, and the raptors sign him to a new deal

    What happened to the Clippers #5 pick deciding he was going back to college … fake news? He’s playing us tonight in SL. We can compare him at 6’5” and 19 picks earlier to 6’5” Carr at #24.

    This should not take this long, they’ve had the pretty much the entire season and now a month of the offseason. It’s kind of important, a big trade hangs in the balance, could hugely impact both teams and their ability to make moves later on.
