The King has left the building. Salute! I wil always appreciate winning that Championship for Kobe!

Now Rob can blame Luka's "unrealistic demands" for half assing at his job.

I appreciate him resurrecting the team, getting us a chip, and always keeping us competitive. He’s truly one of the very best of all time. With that said, good riddance! One of my least favorite athletes ever.

Man, people really hate LeBron. I don’t care about the off court diva behaviour. The guy was a phenomenal piece for us on the court.

We won’t be able to replace him and we’ve lost the second best guy on the team. We won’t be competing for a championship next year.

He was never planning to stay and play a 3rd banana. Don’t know why you expected anything different.

I don't get the hate at all, and I never will.

Regardless, when I heard he was going to sing here, I was happy. He led us to a championship during the most difficult season in NBA history. He has his issues but what superstar doesn't?

At any rate, we became relevant, after years of people like Lamarcus Aldridge turning us down.

Does LeBron really think he’s going to compete with those old geezers in Golden State? They’re going to destroyed by San Antonio and OKC. AD can’t even stay healthy for 10 games. If he goes back to Cleveland they still aren’t better then New York or even Miami now that they have Giannis.

If he wants a fifth ring LeBron should make his last stand at the Alamo. He would be surrounded by young hungry athletes, and he would be the perfect point forward to run that team and teach them how to clear the final hurdle.

I'm appreciative of his time here and really respect him for having the courage to sign here in his mid 30s and delivering a ring.

Hmm: it's a really good fit in terms of pieces. They got a bunch of guards and no reliable PF type right now

The only real gripe is pushing the Brick trade (although how much of that was AD and the fact he never took as much flack). Rich Paul, trying to become a media star instead of just an agent put too much negative light towards the end. was a good year last year

Otherwise was a good tenure - and I think not great due to the Brick trade and losing Caruso. Wish we could have a seen a healthy big 3 from last year with Smart - would have been a more fitting end I suspect but Lebron left on a good note. Fun playoff run after doing what the team asked and being a 3rd banana.

I can't elaborate at all and its all second / third hand stuff, but my understanding is that he did think we would keep Caruso.

It matters little now, but I will always believe we weather the Westbrook disaster a bit better with Alex.

The level of celebrating and champagne popping is insane. He's simply someone you can't replace especially not with our assets. The hole he leaves on the court and in the locker room will be felt.

I'm eternally grateful to him for 3 things:
    1) Coming here and ending the Baby Lakers era

    2) i.jpg

    3) images.jpg

Should've gotten more than 1 ring. But hell of a run, doing unprecedented things every season until he packed his bags.

We (at least a few here) will miss him and realize what's walking out the door.
