He needs to skip all B2B until the end of the season .. The hammy alert is a concern .

I fear for this team's health at the end of March

Lebron keeps leading us in rebounds. Impressive, but a recipe for playoff success?

He’s playing hard, on both ends, as much as can be expected of a guy in year 22 anyway. 37 mins again though, too much IMO, especially on a back to back

His minutes and play on back to backs are for two reasons right now:
    1) he thinks this is a championship team
    2) leadership example to Luka

These two in game stats are nuts

Clearly gassed and asked to come out some time in the 2nd quarter i think it was.

Didn’t really attempt dunks or try to attack the rim as much, but still super effective and efficient. Super solid double double.

Dude clearly wants to try to win it all this year. Love to see it. We have freaking LeBron James and Luka Doncic. Incredible time to be a Laker fan.

We’re near the end. He’s fighting Father Time and playing above and beyond any reasonable expectation that could be placed on him. In many cases like this, when it breaks down, it all breaks down in a flash.

I’m going to enjoy this last burst as much as possible for however long it lasts - one of the greatest of all time.

I don’t think we’re near the end at all necessarily I think it’s very possible Luka could extend his career by a couple of years. If we hadn’t gotten Luka then LeBron may have retired this year, but everything has changed now he is completely rejuvenated. He could play a couple of years after this season if he wants to (it’s all up to him). People keep talking about Father Time, but the normal rules don’t apply to LeBron James because that’s what we’ve seen and he’s proven. It is up to him when he walks away he can retire this year or play another two years it just depends what he wants to do.

If we win this year, will the insufferable screamers that call themselves basketball analysts still be offended at the mere thought that LeBron might be the GOAT?

No. He needed Luka to do it “for him”. But you’re right.

But what is the definition of the GOAT?

He'll have some records conquered and have the longevity records locked up, but is the GOAT the greatest at their peak? Most championships as the main character? It's so subjective. He shrunk in quite a few moments earlier on, and some Laker fans don't put him over Kobe. Kobe didn't have the gaudy stats, but dude went after it.

Very different player. Both all time greats. Does he fit my definition? No, but he has climbed up farther on the list than I ever thought he would.

    And he's my favorite player.

great game last night; he carried the offense in isolation because lue forced it. he had trouble getting to the rim, but he got the jumper working enough to get the win. and he played hard on defense again. this is a trend!

Best player on the floor at 40 on the night of a back to back.

Enjoyed James' interview last night with Scott Van Pelt on SportsCenter post game. They even showed the promo of them with the chair switch. Crazy that they both came on pre-Twitter, all manner of social media not available yet and pre-diet Charles Barkley.

LOL ... talk about cutting one's nose off to spite their face I keep laughing at the fact that long time member @The Rock continues to deny himself posting here at the busy levels he always had until LBJ came, and gives Zero credence to our Ring in 2020 (Bubble only reason LeBron and AD won), and will not allow himself to recognize the sheer brilliance of performance, consistency and longevity doing it of LeBron .... all because he doesn't like him. I found a whole lot more to dislike in "hurt it on company time ... gonna rehab it on company time" "Kobe .. Kobe .. how does my a** taste Kobe" .... Shaquille O'Neal. Yeah he was an A-hole and "Bully" in the NBA but he was OUR A-hole Bully out there dominating for the Lakers.

LeBron was drafted the summer I graduated college. I’m now in my mid 40s with two daughters (oldest age 10) and he’s still playing. Feels like a whole lifetime.

Whether he plays 1, 2, 3 or 5 more years. Where closer to the end when comparing it to a 20 year career. This is his encore.

I hope he gets to leave on his own terms, because a big injury at 40 is usually curtains closed. I think its important to keep this in mind and enjoy it as much as possible.

Here’s a question. Would any records be left to break if Kobe had LeBron’s body/genetics?

    Same with Shaq.
