    One of my friends who is a Knick fan was talking to me about how much potential Hibbert has, and how awful he has been the last 2 years. He didn't really have an answer when I said Hibbert still is better than Lopez at his "worst".

    Regardless of the argument, Hibbert is who he is. A 10 PPG player who will anchor your defense with his top 5 rim protection. And I am COMPLETELY happy with that.

    Well said which is exactly what the Lakers need rim protecting big shutting down the paint an anchor this team really needs more defenders.

    I'd say at worst Hibbert is worse than Lopez, but at his best Hibbert is an All-Star. At his best Lopez is a starter.

    For our situation Hibbert is an AWESOME fit. I think he'll surprise a lot of fans.

    As long as he plays within himself, Hibbert will do fine. There isn't the pressure of maintaining a number one seed or being considered a savior of sorts. There's expectations for sure but not as lofty. Just play big man...just play.

    If Cuban is indeed embracing full tank mode, there's no better way than dumping Sacre and Kelly to the Mavs for their starting lineup. They got the experience on how to accomplish it.

    Unfortunate we don't have Wesley Johnson anymore to make it a triple...he'd make it much, much easier for them.
