With the context of his age and who it was on, this is one of the best in-game dunks I have ever seen. Reminds me of some of those crazy Kobe finishes in traffic where he just abused the rim

Have we seen an up, under, over, and windmill dunk before? I haven't.

We just witnessed most embarrassing loss of the decade in Lakers history and meaningless dunk

    Does something crazy : Year 22 , the GOAT , he's 40 !!!

    Plays bad : " dude it's normal he's 40 " .

yeah, two things can be true: he can be an amazing player at 40 and be completely overpaid at the same time.

This guy just never guards his man, then when opponents drive he is in no man land and his guy gets wide open 3s and then he points finger at a teammate

Contrary to popular opinion, I think LeBron needs to be guarding 3s for this reason instead of 4s. When he's guarding the ball he's still decent and can still stonewall guys when he's actually trying. But when he's guarding 4s and primarily being asked to help, rotate, and provide supplemental rim protection, that's when he gets really lazy. Just leaving shooters wide open, just standing there near the rim when guys are driving at him.

This is correct. Cranjis has been saying this for a while, and that the data shows it.

This is also why trading for Kessler (or if Turner became available) makes sense. LeBron at the 3 would be fine on defense bc if his man gets by him, AD + Kessler are there to clean it up. Would be the best rim defense in the league. But LeBron at the 4 on help rim defense is where he's at his worst.

For me, it doesn’t really matter where you put LeBron, for the majority of the games because he’s a defensive liability and we are playing four vs five.

This is true too a large extent teams pick on AR on switches and then Lebron being lazy aggravates.
But the weird thing is they've clearly shown the defense can be very good with both on them floor for games - Lebron effort/fatigue probably is a big factor here with the high variance.
Other issue is that they need Knechts spacing but his defense is a real problem so you're back into the lack of enough 2 ways guys

Team really needs and doesn't have those energizer bunny types in these games: (the Vando, Anderson Varejao, Rodman) right now. Kessler and Vando likely help a lot
