The Hawks are on a 5 game win streak, they just ended the Bucks 8 game win streak. Might wanna sit AD too.

Explains the 3 ball. We saw this story before during that foot injury in the playoffs.

I'd like to see Lebron smack the s*** out of somebody, for relentlessly hacking him, at least one time before he retires. I don't think he's ever been ejected from a game in his career.

There's no better game to rest than the next one. Portland at home after a road trip full of events and finished by an OT game. He can get a full week rest.

Either him or AD (or both) should sit this one.
We do need the win but we need to be able to win without them. It's important to use this next week as a reset and come back stronger and start piling up wins.

we can't afford to sit LeBron if AR is also out...but at the same time...he needs time off

We could easily lose this game even if he plays

well, it was a three point game after 3, so yeah, we could have lost it.

but whatever, if there was a game to risk sitting lebron, it was that one. and thankfully, we got it.

Time to move on from LeBron.
He’s no longer able to lead a team to a Chip.

And the guy is out there we can get who can? Soon as LeBron’s gone why does AD stay? You too in a hurry for the good old lotto days?

It’s our FO’s job to convince AD to stay once we separate from LeBron- not mine. If he would want to move on, then so be it.
It’s also not my job to have the personal relationships that would let me know which “star” could be available in the next couple of seasons.
The end began as soon as LeBron, AD, and Rob decided it would be good to trade for Westbrick. Our assets have significantly worsened since that point and I don’t have enough faith in Rob to build out next contender.
All I know is that this isn’t working and a 40 year old LeBron can’t salvage this mess that he and Rob have created.
It’s time to face reality and start the rebuild this summer.
We could try a trade with GS and get some draft capital back, but I don’t see us trading LeBron at all.

and he's also not wrong. This team is going nowhere as constructed, and they have few options to improve. Their best choice, which they won't do, is to tear it down and start over, but that's not happening.

If they sent Bron to Cleveland for a final hurrah in his hometown, we could probably score some talent. GS is deep, and AD would be an interesting choice there. Could score several pieces and draft picks. It's all a bummer for anyone who hoped we could pull together a decent year, but it doesn't seem to be in the cards at this time. I don't think we can draft our way out of this mess fellas. Some big changes will need to happen, or we'll be mediocre for quite some time.

again, I’m not as against breaking up the team as I’ve been in the past but I wouldn’t break the team up until after the season. No point in making the roster worse to just give the Hawks a better pick.

Also don’t get why we are going straight to breaking it all up without at least trying to make moves to give this line up one last go.

I feel like I’m one of only 2 or 3 people remember how bad we really were during the last rebuild.

GSW can't get AD they just allowed Klay to walk because they don't have 60 millions to sign anyone and Curry is about to get 60 + millions and why in the hell he should ask for trade, he's only 31 .if LeBron will retire Lakers would have around 45 millions or more to sign some other all stars
