Tell him he has to nut up (since he won’t beef up) and use all that negativity on line to fuel his sophomore season. Next year … apparently. :giggle: :D

Wonder when he'll be close to being "2 weeks away" from starting all over again to play basketball after the ever so routine procedure on his back for a bulging disc.

I can totally see him and Bronny being the best backcourt duo...

I'm not a fan but if he can hit 40% of his 3's like he did in the G league he'll be a rotation player.

Jumper looks funky though to me not sure so like everything else with JHS I'll have to see evidence of it first in the NBA.

Definitely. That's where I'm at with Bronny; it seems as in today's league, if you're a knockdown three-point shooter, you find a job.

If I were those two, I'd hire a shooting coach and spend all day and night in the gym.

Namely Bronny. He has the tools to be a great defender. He can play a decade if he can just hit 37% of 3's.

i actually think jhs has the tools to be a good defender, too, and he's much bigger than bronny. jhs's wingspan and standing reach are longer/higher than jaquez's, for comparisons's sake. he's actually pretty huge for a pg.

He will at some point …. maybe even later this season get to that % from deep ….. plus with his athleticism, hops, reach, strength, genes, coordination, constant tips from the “Top” Pops and sounds like a perfect head coach and assistant staff being set up for development for our young players going forward ….. SO much more than just a 3 and D player. He’s going to get to the rim and be able probably to create space for mid range Js if he wants and is able to use his hops for elevation in there to shoot them. His handles will get better too …. staff will be working with him no doubt. His ceiling literally just depends upon how seriously he works at it and wants it pretty much year round like most of these guys.
