Why did he do that crazy pass to AD which went out of bounds?
He played so well too but you just can't give up possessions like that on the road.

DId get that go ahead bucket still so can't be mad at him- he showed up

nice mental breakthrough for him, i think. interested to see how he does in the last two games of the series.

 

I think, or at least hope, that this is the one that gets him over the hump against this team. His confidence should be high going into the next game despite the loss.

 

he's proven (to himself) that he can play well against denver. i think that's important. if he has another bad game, i won't think it's about a mental block anymore. whereas before i definitely did.

felt bad for him we didn't get the win.

similarly, i feel like denver REALLY escaped with one here. their whole edge/swagger would have been gone had they lost, imo. and that's been huge between us and them.

AD just looked absolutely dejected on murray's gamewinner.

 

You mean the one where he said that after 86 games this team is still, at times, clueless? That one?

 

we have the talent, dammit. yeah, you can fudge around the margins roster-wise, but we're going toe to toe with the champions. the difference every time is execution. this comes from familiarity and repetition and cohesion and strategy in addition to that talent.

 

Obviously a great game from DLo, it’s reassuring to see him gain some confidence and hit multiple important shots. A shame we wasted that shooting performance.

But man some of the careless turnovers were SUPER frustrating

 

I feel we will beat them at home but it sucks to blow that opportunity to beat them in Denver. What was the explanation for Dlo not getting the call after getting hit in the face? That was ridiculous.

 

Huge game from him, but we're going to need that for the rest of this series esp with Reaves/Rui struggling and our bench not providing anything.

 

D'Angelo stepped up..kudos..that loss wasn't on him.
