This is a potential disaster if Gabe comes back with Ham as coach. Honestly he's a coach who the GM has to take away options not give more.
During the ESPN telecast we got an update from Sedano on both Gabe and Vando: said we're hopeful to get both back by end of the month. He asked Gabe if that meant ramp up period or back, like back playing and they meant back on the court. I just don't see the point with Gabe.
Ham orgasmic just thinking of having Vincent, DLo, Reaves and Spencer on the floor together against Denver
Lol..Big game James was pretty high on Gabe tho. https://www.google.com/amp/s/basketballforever.com/2023/10/22/lakers-legend-explains-why-hes-so-high-on-gabe-vincent?amp
i thought vincent was a nice pickup! schroder is probably a slightly better player overall, but i thought vincent was a guy who would understand his role and play it. but he died. that's all.
meh, we have enough guards as it is. He's gonna take minutes from Spencer and Max? Spencer has been bad offensively, but his D has been solid.
I know there's flaws with this stat, but he has the highest +/- on the team since he signed. He's doing great filling a role, it's just not the role I think I envisioned and it's a role that reduces the need for Vincent even more. Sure we could use his 3 point shooting IF the playoffs weren't an outlier, but I'm not as willing to make that gamble as the Lakers were in the summer when they signed him.
