one of the greatest “what if” in the NBA and a former Laker… still has the highest pt average in Blazers playoff history, but Cocaine was hell of a drug. He had however a profound effect on me because he made me basketball crazy in a time when the NBA games was not widely available here. He played as an import to my favorite local team.
another cautionary tale for fans who want to tank for lotto balls. you never know how these guys will actually turn out...
Luka out, so I wanted to see how DAL played with Kyrie as the scorer vs. SGA and OKC; neither guy disappointed, but DAL players needed to run plays for Kyrie every minute he was on the court and they didn't, so they lost. My gawd there was one play Kyrie got to the rim, 2 OKC guys converged on him, Kyrie goes up, hangs, one guy flies by, he moves the ball to his other hand, twisting, and banked it in almost with his back to the basket as the other guy missed the block. OKC looked really good. To think we beat them 3x this year!
kyrie is the best non-dunk finisher i've ever seen. i'm not even sure it's close. i'm not as bullish on okc as others. can't explain it...i just feel like they're a regular season team. and that's fun and good (better than being neither!). i just don't see a budding dynasty there. i suppose it's possible by default because most of the west super powers (us, gs, phx, clippers) are aging out, though.
Agreed they're built for the regular season, common with young teams because the nightly effort is higher. Kids have more energy, fewer injuries, trying to make their mark in the league. Playoffs for them is very matchup dependent. Not a dynasty, but they'll be around and good for awhile with SGA and Chet as the pillars. With those 2,000 picks they can pivot to be whatever kind of team they want to be.
Like I always tease him …. just like an elepha … pha … phan … scratch that … make it a dolphin. https://www.nationalgeographic.com/animals/article/130806-dolphins-memories-animals-science-longest
i suppose so. i'm still worried about chet's health long-term. and i'm still not sure i've seen pick hoarding be as successful in practice as it has been in theory. but they certainly have options.
You won’t think my memory is that good when I struggle everyday to remember did I or did I not take my high blood meds already
You need a scheme where each medication container has to physically “move” at least a short distance to another spot when you take it. Leave there and next day move it back when you take.
