yeah, i'd be lying if i wasn't worried that he's the latest in a long line of catch and shoot guys who develop catch and shoot amnesia upon donning the lakers jersey.

that said, he does other stuff that impacts winning, and if he's not hitting, vando and rui (and maybe reddish) just eat all his minutes, no problem.

Yeah, I hope he hits his 40% mark, but he's a jack of all trades and is one of the easiest plug and play wings under $15m. I'm not worried.

His skill set fits really good with the starters. The Lakers have a few options to consider as the 5th starter.

He will get more open looks than he has ever gotten if he is playing with AD, LeBron, AR, and Dlo. How is his wing D compared to Vando?

Defensively, think of Prince as a SF/PF and Vando as a SF/SG/PG. Prince is better with size than Vando is because of how slight he is. Vando is better at point of attack but Prince I'm more comfortable with his floor. He's a set it and forget lineup player.

Not convinced Prince is the answer. Would rather have Vando there but time will tell.

i think vando can play against most nba pfs, tbh. very few teams play two big heavy guys at a time. but yeah, prince has a little more heft to him (not a lot, though, as vando has gained some weight since entering the league).

Terrific hands and great court awareness plus decent foot speed and strength =

looked like he was still running in sand, lol.

i think he's a system guy and will need time to find his spots with new teammates/schemes, etc.

He can shoot and he looks good attacking closeouts off the dribble. Just gotta chill with the fouls.

    Nice bounce back game.

3 was smooth and nice drives to the basket. His size is much more helpful in that regard as opposed to the Troy Browns of the world.

Curious to see if he can replicate that as a backup or if he needs to be that connective player with the starters.

I think he can. 1st game was cobwebs, rust and s*** happens with fouls hitting the fan.
