It's a Texan writer, but still. Time for Plan X or whatever Plan we're on at this point.

Second verse...same as the first. Seriously, we have nothing to convince this guy at his age that it would be to his benefit to sign. While we're waiting around, others are fortifying themselves. Torn my ***. Please go back to Portland.

My guess is that he's giving the Laker's and Mavs more time to improve their teams. They are probably trying to make trades etc. in the background and have asked for a specified amount of time.

Otherwise the choices are clear. He'd have to wait a couple years on all of the teams except one to win next year and that's SA. Phoenix has a good young core and Dallas has Cuban who seems to put together a team every year.

You know why he wasn't wooed. Robert Sacre is our f***ing center that's why.

How pathetic. Can't wait for the David Lee trade and the bull**** excuses from the FO. Not buying it this year. Good FA not even acknowledged by us, we lose Davis.....

But hey look at the bright side, we have the 2016 plan to look forward to.

In that case we should probably sign Bismack Biyombo.

Black is currently our starting center.

I'm sure Mitch told LMA that and he asked for the check right after.

I sure as hell hope not. You'd think they'd have learned a lesson last season waiting a week on Melo. Guess not. Looks like we'll see another last second scramble to fill out the roster with whatever is left. Hoping like hell for Harris right now, that's our last shot at getting a worthwhile piece this offseason. I'd gladly take Koufos as well for a reasonable price, he hasn't put up big numbers, but he's a solid player and he hasn't exactly gotten big minutes to put up bigger numbers either.

We would probably not sign anyone unless we had a commitment from LMA. I feel that if we strike out with him it will be last year all over again. They seem to want to keep the team a bunch of 1 year guys rather than build slowly. They want the star first.

Let's remember to self censor here people. I know we're all heated, but it's still a family friendly site.

Yeah I agree, but what I'm saying is that we should sign Biyombo for (cap space minus LMA max contract) That way we have a nice defensive center next to Randle even if we strike out on LMA.

I have a good feeling Koufos would be Ed Davis-esque given minutes and if you told me three days ago we'd leave FA with Harris/Koufos I'd be fine with that...

But there's been a LOT of bad things happening thus far in FA... It's not just about the players anymore.

Throw Max at Deandre, he don't want it, squash it and go get Harris. Lets get the ball moving. We aren't getting LMA, he doesn't wanna be here. Get over it. We're wasting time... we already lost Davis because the FO is so stuck on LMA... Has everyone forgotten our extremely young and talented core? LMA wouldn't fit here.

We have DeAndre in our pocket, we're just convincing LMA if he wants in.

Why is Harris being talked about like he's possible if they're just going to match? Has something changed that?

It's widely acknowledged that Orlando is reluctant to pay the max.

I wonder if any awkward and totally relevant jokes to Madsen's dancing were made to lighten the mood. Because, you know, that's mainly what Madsen is known for if you watch ESPN, they made fun of that over and over for like 10 minutes around the time the Warriors won the title.
