Ham sat Reaves and DS too long in the 4th.

Lakers bringing back DS is more important then bringing back DLo?

He did call TO I think. Murray just stayed hot. Tough way to lose as Jokic was on the bench

This was my thought as well. As bad as Lebron and AD were if Ham doesn't forget about Austin for so long we still would of pulled that off. Having to over come the three of them was too much.

We should be up 2-0, or at least 1-1, but unfortunately, our coach is Hamstringing us.

I’d like to emphasize that last part.

Not to excuse Bron’s shot selection, but that was an ATROCIOUS lineup to start the fourth and is part of the reason why he had to settle for a few of those 3’s.

Dennis and Vando out there together, without at least having DLo or Reaves, is naturally going to kill the floor spacing

I think it’s time to give Troy Brown a run for Lonnie just to give us a little more length on the wing off the bench.

    The real lineup is Schroder/Reaves/Rui/LeBron/AD.

Ham appeared to figure this out at the end of Game 1, and played this lineup for the last 7:14 of the 4th quarter, and it went +8 and almost won us the game.

So you would think that Ham would feature this lineup in Game 2, or at least use it just as much, right?

Nope, he doesn't use it until 2:25 left in the 2Q. Still a great lineup, and in 2 minutes goes +4. Next uses it at the end of the 3rd quarter for the last 1:31, goes +1.

Then Ham snubs this winning lineup and doesn't put it in until 3:28 left in the 4th quarter (a full 3:46 later than the 1st game!) when the team is already down by 8 because Ham played DLo too much! This winning lineup goes +3, but doesn't have enough time to win the game for us, because Ham is too busy using stupid lineups.

    PLAY SCHRODER/REAVES/RUI/LEBRON/AD!!!

It is extremely obvious what to do: start Rui instead of Vando, and pull DLo quickly if his shot isn't falling, and play your winning lineup above. Ham, please don't be stupid and cost us more games. There is blame to go all around, but Ham has cost us both games imo, and we should be up 2-0 if he wasn't doing stupid things out there.

Nope...Ham shouldn't have pulled Vanderbilt in the 4th quarter. That along with Lebron going off the reservation and launching some bad shots, cost us that game. He should go big sometimes...Lebron, Rui,AD,Vanderbilt and Reaves IMO. Let Lebron pick up the weakest offensive player on the court. Put him on KCP.

I'd like to see those guys together too. A lot of size and defense and a lot of offense from 4 big players plus whatever Jarred can cobble together.

I like this too. Not only has this line up got size but they move well and we don't have huge mismatches if forced to switch. As we have gone deeper into the playoffs and the teams get better it becomes more difficult to overcome Lebron's inexplicable low basketball IQ decisions. Austin needs to be playing really high minutes and running the offense. Ham did well the first two series but in this one he doesn't seem to be sure of what he wants to do and kind of floating. We win this next game and all that can change quick.
