i.e. This *team* is better than the bubble chip team*. Now we just gotta get there. *At least offensively, versatility-wise. I think it's a debate which team is better overall, actually. I think this current team is better than the 2020 team in any single game where Bron & AD are giving it their all, but that the 2020 team might be better in a series bc Bron & AD could give it their all every game.
I like that the offense is spread out a little more among more players. The right team can take away your 49%. Diversification on offense is good and less predictable.

yup. both of them were playing like MVPs on any given night in those playoffs and on top of that you had KCP and rondo hitting big shots on a consistent basis

Ever other day schedule again, I don't like it. League potentially costing themselves Sunday games again too. Should have Game 3 on Sunday, then Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday, Tuesday. Maximizes revenue for the league instead of Monday, Wednesday, Friday games, and gives our guys a little more rest in between.
This series is gonna be tough, both teams haven't faced a team like the other all playoffs. We haven't seen a big man as good as Jokic yet and they haven't seen a healthy, defensive team like ours. Murray / KCP / MPJ / Gordon / Jokic with Green / Brown / Braun off the bench. DAR / Reaves / Lebron / Vando / AD with Rui / Schroder / Lonnie. Might see Troy and Gabriel get some burn if we need the size. It's gonna be hard to steal home court advantage like the last two rounds with Denver's elevation (plus the every other day schedule).
We can win one of the first two. I believe. Talent wise DAR < Murray Reaves > KCP LeBron > MPJ Vando < Gordon AD = Jokic Our bench > their bench Collectively, our O is close, and our D is better. Lakers in 6.
Joker will have serious problems with the level AD is playing at. Murray will be difficult to contain. I bet we win game one, lose the next and then take the next two.
I just joined the forum. I’m thinking about purchasing tickets to the game next week. I’m debating on it still because of the pricing. I’ve never been to a Laker game in crypto/staples. I’m looking at the 300 section…is it worth going to the game sitting in this section? I’m from Houston so I’m used to catching games at the Toyota center where every seat is a good seat! I’m wondering if it’s the same at crypto arena. I’m excited that the lakers made it to the next round while I’ll be in LA. I’m a big lebron fan and thought it would be a cool experience, even though I’ve seen him play multiple times already in Houston.
