Head Coach Discussion: Canned Ham, Who Is Our New Coach?

Isnt it the head coach job to get the players coming out with energy? I can understand if its one player, but if it is the whole team, then this is a moltivation issue.

Why are we coming up with excuses for our rookie coach that is getting paid millions a year?

 

There is a reason player's salaries are much higher than the coaches ones ...

It's mainly Bron and AD job .. Bron is more worried about talking about himself and his miraculous fast rehab while AD got outplayed by the big penguin

 

The enigma known as AD continues. After two games Coach Ham had a relapse but in his defense it is hard to game plan with such inconsistencies. Is AD playing or just his mirage showing up. Trying to fit Lebron back in didn't exactly go smoothly. Line up of course was out of whack. No one was comfortable and the energy showed it. One way or the other we are almost through the regular season. We will either make it in or the agony will be over...lol. I want us to make it in but I cannot even imagine how bad Ham will be exposed in a seven game series.

 

if he gets exposed for lack of game adjustments, having it happen in the playoffs matters the most. If ever there was a throw away playoff appearance, this may be it. Pretty much no playin playoff team is expected to make any real noise, so if he lays a big egg, maybe the team makes changes. Either that, or he shows he's got what it takes.

I'm rooting for the latter, but in the end, the results will speak for themselves.

 

Man why did he play Wenyen, Vando, Lonnie, Beasley, and Reaves together?

Predictably that lineup got crushed. Getting Lebron backs you should be able to play janky lineups not create new ones.

It's like bad in multiple ways. Beasley and Lonnie is a terrible defensive duo and Wenyen and Vando terrible offensive duo. Mix em together and it will be alright?

 

Please do not be r******* tomorrow. Play normal rotations. Play Rui. Keep lonnie glued to the bench unless there's an injury. Do not overplay Schroder. Get the god damn win.

 

But .... but ...... but ....... we need to learn about our players!!
Figure out where their souls are, so we can use them better next year!!

 

The 3 players eating up most of the cap on this team. Lebron, AD and D'Angelo have to step up and get the job done period. It's not on the role players, they are doing thier jobs IMO.

 

Can't wait till he is fired. Piece of crap hire, piece of crap coach.

Repeat: THIS IS NOT f***ING HOCKEY!

Do not take 5 starters out at once. Do not take 4 starters out at once. Made this one much more difficult that it needed to be based on the a** kicking our starters handed out tonight.

 

Vogel lovers...Ham haters....figures.

 

We finally got the starting line up we should have anytime they are all healthy. Stagger them a bit and we are on to something. This line up is going to make any team nervous.

 

We have 4 scorers, that's going to be a problem for everybody we play, if they are all healthy at the same time.

 

How dense is this guy.. he keeps subbing 4/5 players at once then we blow double digit leads, multiple times.

SIGH

 

Boy he nearly blew this game for us with his r******* a** rotations subbing ALL 5 starters out at the same time instead of staggering.

Luckily, he adjusted this in the 2nd half and kept LeBron/DLO in staggered with the bench and we were fine.

Honestly Ham has a lot of guys that he can play and every night I feel like we're going to criticize him for it...but the hockey subs he did in the 1st half were so incredibly stupid...he's lucky that the starters bailed him out tonight from his stupid decision making.

Here's to hoping we never see the hockey subs again.

 

We still had an AD + 4 subs lineup in the second half. He learned, but not enough.

2 of these 4 have to be in at all times: Bron, AD, AR, DLO.

I get Bron is on a slight minute restriction so maybe that clunks it up for him, but for f*** sake... do better.

 

Worst Laker Coach ever when it comes to rotations. Just dumbfounding.

 

Win and keep it moving. Complaining is going to happen regardless.
