Head Coach Discussion: Canned Ham, Who Is Our New Coach?

Took me the first 100 times to get the concept but next 3 or 4 sets definitely overkill. And being told down was UP linked to all of them.

 

Ha..Guilty as charged..but I still get a thousand... Hey! You said " Top 3 in the West!" comments, like that part was somehow missed. Lol

 

Well of course..because that's occurred for 3 straight seasons tho. I get tired of pointing it out, but it's still true everytime I do.

 

I get your point, but for me, it depends on the conversation at hand. I'm actually complaining and railing, against Lebron and AD, a lot of times when I bring that up. I think it's unacceptable for my stars, not to show up for work consistently, 3 seasons in a row. It's frustrating because you can't control injuries, yet a lot of times I'm still venting over that anyway. Some see this as me making it an excuse for one thing or another, or a catch all bail out, against their criticism about something. Not all the time, actually I'm saying...ok I see your point, but F Lebron and AD for not showing up and being available. THEY are the problem. I've always said that those two, deserve the most credit, but they also deserve the most blame as well. Then of course it delves off into the "Westbrook " conversations...lol..a whole different universe of discussions there..some intentional tongue in check prodding, some not.

 

What in your brain tells you it still needs to be pointed out?



The maddening thing about it all the times it was linked with you telling us down was UP (Russ’s play really wasn’t what the rest of anyone that followed this team saw with our own eyes) was that it wasn’t even an excuse. It related to wins and losses. Russ’s play is what it is regardless of how much those two played together. 2 separate issues. (See 1st 4 games with the Clippers). And you have made us have to tell you that probably over 100 times in return. Judging from your insistence on continuing to repeat the LeBron/AD thing with Russ to the bitter end of his stay here ….. you conversely don’t yet get it, OR you just enjoyed trolling everyone.

Nice finishing lineup decision by Ham. Beasley and Gabriel were really bad so credit to him to find the right 5 with the injuries and perform

All of my points about Westbrick being the problem(not only his lack of defense, but the inability to add other useful players) is all being proven out on our squad, as well as with the Flippers as well.

 

yeah, he's run out of buttons to push. the championship hangover is real, especially for them, where it looked like the window might be closed and they revved it up one more time. i think their stars are too old, and they never really replenished the role players. the young guys aren't right for how they want to play or aren't progressing fast enough. either way, when any of curry/thompson/green/wiggins is out, they seem to struggle. and the wild long-range hot streaks are harder to come by on the road.

 

...Or let's just rip on Kerr for a little while until Ham does it again. The moment I saw Kerr start 4 guards + Dray, I thought, what a stupid idea, and sure enough they were quickly in a 12-24 hole.

EDIT: my bad. He took 1. At 9 minutes mark or so. When we were tied at 72 or just around that. Then we got badly beaten for the next 8 minutes and no other TOs... or anything really.

 

If we had a good coach like Nurse, this team could win it all, THIS year.
