i don't know. his kids are already rich. i think he'd prefer bronny be a later pick so he might better control his destination/situation, right?

I think LeBron backing away from the insistence on playing with Bronny hasn't really gotten enough attention. That McMenamin interview was a pretty significant departure from what LeBron had been saying. I think part of it is that LeBron has gotten more confident in Bronny making to the league on his own merit, but I think another part of it is LeBron still playing at an extremely high level. Two years ago when he was starting to pick up nagging injuries for the first time I bet part of him thought that it wouldn't be so bad to spend the end of his career playing with his son in a lower-pressure environment. Now, he's probably seen that he's still an elite player and probably can be for another season or two. If his perceived timeline in the league has been pushed out a while longer, there's no rush to play with Bronny now when he could still maybe get that 5th ring.

I still think that Bryce is going to be the one. Back to the here and now though, Lebron better rest up, because Kawhi and KD are coming for his throat. He knows what it is too, and the media can't wait to declare that the King is Dead!!

"The most important 23 game regular season stretch of my career " Will it be Ali vs Spinks II, or Ali vs Holmes? We shall see, the world will be watching.

He begins the most important 23 game stretch by going 5 for 20. AD, his partner in crime: lackadaisical. Only attempted 5 shots. And slept while Looney got an offensive put-back off a missed FT. It's like they were our worst players in the first game back, every game matters, most important 23 games, blah blah blech.

I think his shooting hand that he injured during the All-Star game is still bothering him.

Dude, are you a Clippers fan? We won, so what Lebron finally got less than 20 points in a game and you are going to berate him and the team over it?? Makes me wonder about your motivations? Not his!!

Anyone else ever wonder what the real thoughts of the crews at the scorers table are, while they’re smiling outwardly, as Bron comes over to pick up a pound ;) of chalk to throw into the air over their heads to start every game?

    :speechless: :swear: ….. probably?

Looked like trash except for the post up game which basically saved the Lakers offense for most of the 4th.
Wish we had Houston on the schedule so they could just sit him

He killed when he went to the old man game in the post. Wisely going to moves that take less cutting on the ankle and limiting downhill drives. Wasn't that worried about the ankle during this one, but after the adrenaline fades and the sneaker comes off, what does it look like tomorrow?

Last time he felt a pop equaled vacation. Hopefully it’s not that serious

It looks bad, I think that's pretty obvious. He saved us there at the end with that post footwork, but... it's going to be swollen for sure.
