or as you said, he and lebron need to get out in front of it. the fact that here hasn't been a quick interview with one of them already today makes me think something is still ongoing.

 

Do we have any lip reading experts here? Am I crazy or did it almost seem like AD was saying “No you don’t” and shaking his head when Lebron said that?

 

lol, i've literally made that face and said something like that when someone wronged me pretty hard and was trying to say they still had my back. i imagine i looked just like that. i can remember it like yesterday "look, i'm still in your corner here..." "no you're not"

 

Whoa .... and AD is doing the cover up his mouth so no lip reading thing while talking to Russ. Maybe they are talking about how LeBron has now tried to trade both of them??

 

Gotta love the LA drama, like we don't have enough s*** on our plates.

Everyone hypothesising that AD was tired of losing, or tired of the defence being all on him, or tired of Russ and that’s why he didn’t celebrate Lebron beating the scoring record is just trying to ignore the situation.

Lebron breaking the record is an all time huge thing, it’s bigger than a game or the defence being poor or even roster frustration. It’s the culmination of excellence over 20 years and you celebrate that. The fact he didn’t indicates he is upset with Lebron. It’s the kind of upset that isn’t a missed rotation or annoyance at his narcissism, it’s the kind of upset you get when someone has crossed a line.

It could be that Lebron asked the FO to trade him for KD. I don’t know what else it could be.

He was probably thinking that Darvin forgot the memo, about getting him the damn ball. Lebron has passed Cap now, so maybe we'll get back to focusing on AD.

 

You don't see that it appears he is upset with LeBron though in the not being happy at all when he got the record finally, and the other clip on the bench with LeBron telling him he "still" loved him and he gave the appearance he didn't want to hear it .... honest question?

 

Anthony could have something going on off the court IDK. I seriously doubt it's anything to it at all.

Dave McMenamin just said on ESPN he's going to ask AD about it directly in person tomorrow. So we'll know soon enough.

 

yeah, now he's had a couple days to craft the response, though. still just a super bizarre set of events there. i'm not sure i'll be ready to believe whatever story is told, tbh. and i'm not a flat-earth type.

 

yeah idk how you even craft a story around that...it was so damn obvious too.

guessing it will just be a flat denial. "i could see from where i was sitting", "you guys don't know our relationship". easy stories. even in the postgame he had obviously calmed down a lot.

interviews with him won't tell us anything at this point. but someone will squeal later.
