Lillard has been really, really bad on defense. Even Blazers fans don't try to defend Lillard on defense. The Blazers relied heavily on Wesley Matthews to cover for Lillard on that end, which is why it was not surprising to see them crumble the moment he went down. As a reference, Kyrie Irving "won" the No-DPOTY award in 2014, although Harden was a very close second.
