Ahhh that's why. Giving AD the break. Hopefully we can get this win, but TB is going to need to play well.
This kid has been solid since returning from injury, he should have played more than 3 minutes against the Pacers too. If that 3 ball starts dropping, look out.
Bryant is on the list of young players I want to keep. He could be the backup center on a championship contender for sure. Note: AD should not be the starting center though if at all possible.
Wouldn't mind seeing him start a few games if Walker and Brown are out awhile. Get some minutes testing out a different look
That’s ridiculous. Pretty good smaller players with skills always more valuable than pretty good Big players with skills.
That's the problem. If he shows he can stay healthy, he's going to price out of our range. Great game from him, filled some big shoes in that 2nd half. Gotta love the fire. He isn't a great rebounder. Not great defensively, but he tries, hustles and runs the floor hard. But offensively he is not letting anyone get between him and a his bucket.
He's a good center when you don't need much rim protection: teams with centers make sense as he can just do his job and not worry about as much being caught in space or helping as weak side defender
guessing he wasn't interested unless it was a player option. he probably figured (correctly) that he could rehab his value here and get a bigger deal next year. iow: wasn't happening. only unproven young guys or over the hill old guys sign multi-year vet mins at the team's discretion.
guessing AD's going to miss at least some time, so we need bryant to step up and we need gabriel back pretty desperately.
