    i posted a stretch from a few years back for comparison's sake, and this is close to that (the year he had a legit claim to mvp, imo).

    he looks great. found his rhythm again. nothing can be done with him from the opposition's standpoint.

    the best part of this is seeing how he's gotten his confidence back, compared to the way he was playing the last two seasons

    especially when it comes to shooting the ball. feels like i'm watching 2019/20 AD again

    What’s there to say. This is why I wouldn’t trade him even at his lowest. You don’t get this kind of talent often. Even if he can’t stay healthy, on the off chance he does, with a good running mate he is a 30/10 player with DPOY defence.

    This reminds me of the AD the year before we got him. He was my pick for MVP that season, and it’s why I had no problem giving up half our team to get him. Amazing to see him reach probably an even greater level right now, it’s almost unbelievable.

    That's funny, but I do wonder what suddenly flipped the switch for him. He has dealt with injuries of course, but he’s always been capable of being this player, it’s just like the hunger had left him. It’s amazing to see this happening now, and I wish like hell that he stays healthy this season so he can play this out, he deserves that.

    Momentum, confidence, opportunity. Lebron being out and having to carry the team. Building confidence from a few great performances. The momentum of the whole team feeding him now.

    It’s all a perfect storm underpinned by him being healthy.
