LOL he’s only 19 and not strong enough yet but if Darvin gave him Russ’s minutes and tasked him with the same things he wants out of Russ wherever in the rotation that was …. he would fail at them less than Russ. Most expect him to spend his time with the G-league but it’s possible they give him some minutes semi regularly and the better experience with the varsity similar to how they handled Reaves last year. Not likely because of the age and difference in college experience but “possible”. He really hasn’t gotten embarrassed much out there so far, compared to the encouraging things he does well and is not afraid to try. Really like his game and smooth athleticism and quickness on D.
Much much better. THT 2.0 needs to get the same training as the OG in the GLeague, focal point in the offense to build him up
Remember how I said if he's getting playing time this year then things have gone terribly wrong?... well guess what His 3 ball is looking a lot better already, that's very encouraging.
You weren’t the only one that thinks he’s getting time this year. @Toklat at least and me too. Maybe others. Can only help him and he’s looking not overmatched and pretty good most of the time. 3s falling now is great because he has a mid range game, and playing good defense most of the time too.

Why would you think they, as has today been pointed out, Ham as well, weren’t all in the “War Room” for FAs and non drafted players with Rob leaning on their recommendations as well?
we let our scouts do their job and listen to them. we should have done the same with our gm. anyway, christie thread--he's a steal and looks like he's going to play his way into the rotation sooner than i thought.
Yup, he’s actually impressed me and shown some glimmers of potential worth getting hopeful about… but the fact that he’s even cracking the rotation speaks volumes about the overall state of the team.
rebounding is one of those stats that tends to translate from lower to higher levels. when he was rebounding so well in summer league, i felt like that could continue here, and it has. which is good. i think it's a skill.
