Yep. He's a good catch and shoot player as well as a pick and roll creator. That's huge when you come to the playoffs and the pick and counted rolls stop getting to the rim so easily.

I have a suggestion for DAR, as far as he number goes.

You keep talking about loading - well consider this a progress bar. You wore 0 in college, now it's 1 in the NBA. Progression.

Now, where would he wear 2? Right, US squad!

Because of the rule changes that have been instituted, as well as the new defensive systems NBA teams have adopted to combat them over the last few years, ball movement and perimeter passing has never been more important.

More and more over the last few years, we've been seeing NBA teams turn to lineups with two point guards on the floor in order to better facilitate that movement. It's worth examining, though, whether that trend is accomplishing anything. Let's take a look at the numbers from last season to give us a better idea.

A good piece on dual initiators and statistical information on their productivity when running 2 PG's together...

Jordan was never a shooter but I think he can be at least a decent one.

I kind of like that Jordan is different from Klay. Klay is bigger and a better shooter but Jordan has a better handle and can get into the lane and dish. Not to mention they don't have Julius on their team. Good luck guarding him.

Klay 'settles' too much. I just put the shot charts up for comparison. Clarkson is actually better at the mid-range game than Russell, Curry, or Klay. I think because he's a tremendously hard worker that 3-point% goes up to 36% this season. I think all of his percentages where he shoots jumpers goes up next season.

I might be crazy, but I love Wall/Beal more than Curry/Klay.

In a vacuum I agree but Curry is good enough to negate a lot of weaknesses. At least he was last year anyway.

Klay likes to take contested threes too much and he's really more a straight line driver. He can get insanely hot but he can also shoot poorly enough to lose games.

I saw a YouTube video breaking down Clarkson's pick and roll efficiency. He developed a great feel for where the open shot was and then made the easy look. Russell and Kobe and Randle will only make that easier.

Great Stuff and thanks for sharing.

All those bad things can be improved on especially the floater. I mean if he works as hard as Clarkson does his rookie year I know he'll improve because coming in Clarkson wasn't great at the midrange game and he definitely improved big time in that area when coming off screens.

Or when it comes to the floater.... We should bring Andrew Goudelock back from playing overseas. Nobody I've seen on the Lakers had a better floater with range. He could teach him a thing or two. Real talk though, those floater improvements only come with repetition

Woj didn't post our pick until seconds before it was announced and we waited until just about the last second of our 5 minutes.

Mitch must have been cracking up in his office.

They may be Woj, proof, but not Kevin Ding proof; apologies to Kevin. I was totally in getting in on him. Totally, completely, wrong.

Mitch knew that no one would take him serious, and then bash him in the process.
