I believe he would have been our third best player by a long ways. Malik was good at times and Reaves came on at the end. Nunn would have been a good two way player right out of the gate. If he is healthy we are drastically improved from that alone. He is an impact player with attitude and something to prove. I like those kind of guys.
If Nunn is healthy and can actually play I’d certainly heavily consider keeping him and trying to do other moves. He’s a good backup to have and this footage is finally some good news. If the bone bruise was still an issue I doubt he would be working out like this.
Definitely nice to see some highlights of him actually playing. Hopefully the injury issues are behind him.
Finally something!!!! If Nunn is heathy and actually available to play, he’s way more valuable than a throw in on a Westbrook trade.
No kidding. The more that see the previous vertical video clip of him shooting and running to spots, and now this expanded look at where he actually is .... the more that talk should die down. He would have been a hell of a nice player last year and probably have moved on this year with the option. Let's see what we can get out of him.
Agreed. I don’t get the rush to trade him… he could easily either start if we don’t trade Russ, or he could back up kyrie.
What more does he need to show @sirronstuff to convince you? A photo of his bubble wrapped knee when around furnitures?
clearly, someone from the pr team got to him (finally). though i will say he looked really uncomfortable on camera, so maybe that explains part of why we heard so little from him or his people over the past year.
Yeah, great news… but I’ll believe it when I see him on the court. I could totally see him continue to report as “100%” through the off-season, but then once we get to training camp we get a “Nunn was feeling great in the summer but has had a setback while ramping up for full NBA activity, he is out indefinitely” report
