What in the world is up with this guy? No update at all since the season. Is he ever going to play again? If he can I’d love to have him as backup for Westbrook but the way last season went that seems like a big what if.
this is why i'm not eager to trade him and THT for whatever shiny thing is out there. we need to see if he can play. because his only trade value now is as salary ballast, which is what it will be if he's permanently broken anyway. might as well see if he can go. which could be a huge boost. my god last season sucked.
The question remains, can this guy play again? No updates at all other than opting in. What the heck is up with his rehab?
I have zero faith in this guy. Either our medical staff is s*** or he is softer than charmin. No way u miss more than a year with a freakin bone bruise.
His injury just worries me long term. I liked the signing and I really want to see him play. But if his status is still a question mark with out medical staff then I understand if we trade him.
He will but I wonder if its one of those that looks fine but creeps back up on him later on. I don't know. Just hard not to worry given how it turned out last season.
