Off your list, Phoenix is the very least that would bother me personally. I can be convinced however. LOL! The mere thought of the others picking up the chip gives me the heebie-jeebies.
tiers: clippers/philly (i don't want to talk about these being possible) boston (uuugggghhh) phx (they're annoying, and sarver sucks) nets (now that harden's gone, they don't bother me at all, really) everyone else
couldn't care less about the nets winning with harden gone. i don't hate KD or kyrie suns are annoying as hell but i'd much rather see them win a title over harden/philly. that guy does not deserve a ring at all for how he's helped destroy the game clippers winning a title would suck only because we'd never hear the end of "clippers run LA now!" but absolutely nothing would be worse than the C Bags winning a title. thank you again GS for keeping that from happening
philly because harden i don't have a problem with the nets since harden left but there's plenty of KD/kyrie haters out there who don't want to see them win
LMAO …. the FAT bad takes buffoon. Do it Chuck! Just cover it up with some gravy and pretend it’s mashed potatoes.
Tatum and Brown need to learn to control the pace of the game and the value of possessions at key moments . Your got to move can't be a side step 3 after dribbling the hell out of the ball when you need a bucket especially with their size/build. It always been my problem with "point" wings ( same with Lebron ) in the modern NBA . Why the f*** are you starting/operating so far from the basket when it matters
the issue is that neither is a great ballhandler or passer. both have improved on this, but i'm dubious that they become good enough at it that you feel comfortable with them initiating against top defenses. problem is to remedy that, you have to exchange smart for a better offensive pg--who is almost certain to harm their defensive philosophy. doncic is a point-wing, and he does just fine. because he's an excellent ballhandler and passer. using brown (especially) and tatum (less of a problem) would be like when minny was trying to use wiggins this way. he just lacked the skillset. as far as operating away from the basket, my guess is to use the threat of three and also to get a chance to generate some downhill speed, so that they can really use their athleticism. anyway, i think tatum said it best, something like: "we're not out here trying to turn the ball over." exactly. that was their best, and gs's defense made them pay in ways that lesser defenses couldn't (and won't).
