can't believe boston's been basically playing a playoff rotation for months and literally everyone has been healthy for almost the entire time. just incredible luck that won't be repeated. and gs forgetting how to defend in the finals is ridiculous. boston isn't harder to defend than gs's previous playoff opponents. yes, the game 1 explosion was ridiculous, but they keep allowing easy buckets (and also turning the ball over, i guess). anyway, they don't deserve to win as it stands. games 4 AND 5 are must wins now.
GS have always been frauds. 3 point shooting disaster has always been a fraud. If Durant doesn't ruin the league going to GS, LeBron is sitting with at least 2 more titles and GS has one fluke title in 2015 they barely won with Love and Kyrie being out.
the big thing last night was all those second chance opportunities for boston. grant williams is a goddamn animal on the offensive glass and so is horford. they fight for every rebound as if their life depended on it. boston took full advantage of the warriors lack of size
yeah, but in theory green and looney should be able to hold their own against those guys. i think gs is just not playing its best ball when it matters, and boston is. especially their support players. again, tatum's going to get all the glory, but he's been sort of ok. i think curry's been better. it's the other guys that are just mopping the floor with gs's more expensive role players.
