I still think Warriors win this. I can't contemplate the alternative.

I hope so, but I didn't let my brother sucker me into another bet on Golden State. That being said, Boston has been incredible on the road in these playoffs, but they can be had at home. The Warriors better not lose game two, or this offseason will get even more bitter for a lot of Lakers fans.

Meh I wonder what that's like too. I'm a Lakers fan for life..but that team that lost to Phoenix? I'm not sure they would win a Finals game period, without both Lebron and AD bailing out. I thought Horford was done in OKC, he's had a bit of a renaissance coming back to Boston. Draymond and Klay are going to have to step it up moving forward, or the Dubs are going to be in trouble. If they don't, the only scrap of encouragement I can see, is that a 1st year Head Coach, would have won two out of the last 4 titles.Or 3 guys in their first year on the job..Go Darvin!!!

the team that lost to phx + AD has a great chance of winning it all this year. best d in the league, better top two players than either finalist.

Well imagine that!! Now see can we agree on something!! Any team we have, that has a healthy AD and Lebron is a legit title contender. Including this one! They tell me that the Dubs had the best defense in the NBA. I don't think Boston got the memo.

    Couldn't help it.

wait what? boston and gs were the top two defensive teams in the league. we were among the worst.

lebron/AD/russ's angry corpse and the merry minimums weren't going to win more than a round in the playoffs.

The ghosts of Reggie and Dirk left Smart and Horford, leaving the C Bags with little chance.

How did they find Curry 2.0, while Curry 1.0 is still playing? Damn...

well, 7 of the 8 quarters played have gone as i expected...

but gs won't have me back on board as a believer until they get one in boston and regain home court. still can't believe they allowed a 40-16 4th quarter.

btw: will there be 8 breathless articles on the ringer/espn about how there's no way boston can possibly compete with gs like there was after game 1 in the other direction?

    guessing not.

will windhorst write an article about how happy laker fans are that boston got beat down in game 2? another btw: if you were a C Bags fan, wouldn't you be pissed that the media has to use laker fan misery to sell your team to the nation? that would upset me. we're still more relevant than them while they're actively participating in the finals and we're doing absolutely nothing.

Warriors gave up 68 points in a half. Just great defense, I feel super secure that GS is gonna take this series.

GS came all the way back from being down 18 to briefly take the lead but Boston came right back and now up 11. So many second chance opportunities

Unless curry goes off like he did in the 3rd this one's going to the C Bags
