We'll see shortly..real life actually happens it isn't speculation..Follow the moves. The only two credible things that I've seen are 1. We aren't giving up a draft pick. 2. We aren't interested in taking back a player with injury issues. Those two things, pretty much dead any trade scenario I've seen anywhere .So we either have our eyes on a target not currently bandied about in the media (that's the way it should be) or we haven't seriously entertained making a trade at all. When Woj or Shams start chirping about an impending Westbrook trade, I'll pay attention, other than that, it's just a bunch of noise.

Lol.Man you guys are getting wild with the conspiracy stuff. What in the hell was Klutch really going to do, seriously? Have Lebron , AD and Talen sit out? This stuff gets entirely too much soap opera treatment. On another note..If James is really the shadow GM folks claim he's been for years, his success rate is more impressive than any GM I can think of over the last 10 years. Maybe we should hire Rich Paul as the GM?

the fact that we hear anything from any of our players agents regarding deadline moves is completely out of order

    but especially

after the role they played in trying to put this team together.

Hopefully the league watched and learned. That's not how you run a franchise.

Yeah like Lebron James was going to sit out a year in order to force a trade. Get real Cookie.

You just ignore the fact of the alternative universe Brick lives in where nothing was any fault of his this year and the coaches, FO, fans and LeBron screwed him over. He knows James and Clutch wanted him gone at the deadline which is a perceived Pelinka like knife in the back for both he and Magic with their egos. Why do you think he has said the things he’s said and burned the bridges here with his self hypnotized brain set, plus deleted everything Lakers on social media? Oh I know the answer…. who are we going to believe yet again with regard to all things Brick … You or our lying eyes?

Your comment was, “what is Klutch going to do, seriously? Have LeBron, AD and Talen sit out” I stated that Klutch DID have a client sit out all year to force a trade. So yes it did and does happen. Which part of that are you questioning?

No..you are going to believe what actually happens, not what you think all the signs point to. I'm not sure what bridges he burned actually. Frank got fired immediately, evidently someone in the FO agreed with Russ, that Vogel was basically clueless. As for Lebron and AD..dude had a valid point on one thing.. their a**** didn't show up for work most of the season. How in the hell was they supposed to be blaming him? he came here to support them. Anyway neither your eyes or mine, will be seeing a first round draft pick, or a player with injury issues being involved in any Westbrook trade.

Lebron James and Anthony Davis are not Ben Simmons. So you were comparing apples to oranges ,as if it was some kind of valid point. That is a gross overreach Cookie. Let's peruse the Klutch client lists..there might be some guys on here you like. If Rich Paul has all this clout, perhaps he can force a couple our way. I mean you know, he and Lebron run everything.

Like I said how much you want to bet? One way or another this f***** is gone I’m saying, not suiting up in P&G again under any circumstances. Keep it friendly …. you or I don’t post beyond liking other posts or gifs 1st month of the season?

You were the contrarian again in spite of everything pointing toward him being gone, wanting to be gone and the organization wanting him gone …. that it was just media hype and he would be suiting up again to at least start the season. Unless Rob gets a big man for him. I’m saying he will never suit up again for the Lakers whether Rob gets a big man or it’s a trade you don’t like.

Just because you don’t like the comparison doesn’t make it not a valid point or an overreach. Please point out where I said that Rich Paul had all the clout? You said Rich wasn’t going to have Bron, AD or THT sit out. I pointed out that one of his clients DID SIT OUT to force a trade. Is this true or not?

You are still talking in circles. I said Lebron James, Anthony Davis and Talen Tucker. Paul has 30 other clients, your statement was an overreach. Ben Simmons didn't sit out to force the team to trade for some player he liked. What did I miss? How is that a valid comparison? Oh..well they have the same agent?

I'm pretty certain. Same reason I'm betting on us being in the Bron business until the bitter end or until Jr gets drafted elsewhere. $$$. His interests outside of basketball brought him to LA. The schools his kids go to brought him to LA. Those aren't changing. He's not on his usual 1 year deal. His talents don't carry the bass in those threats anymore. He's all bark and no bite. AD is a good soldier and will do as he's told. He's not making a move independent of Bron nor do I think he cares enough about our moves to get upset enough to go rogue. He's on a chip bag now.

I disagree. You are talking like a fan. An organization doesn't move on fan emotion. Rob has already said that he is going to make decisions, based off of what's best for the team. And trading an asset with a 47 million dollar expiring contract just because is stupid and not in the best interest of the team. I don't know what the organization wants, I know what the media says, the media didn't have a clue that Westbrook was getting traded here in the first place. They were on Buddy Hield, so I repeat. Westbrook might get traded, but it won't be for any of the BS deals floated around today involving future 1st round picks or injury prone players. We can most definitely bet on that.

Wow.. damn it was all good just 18 months ago. SMH Lebron James is now the franchise wrecker.

    :Melo Defense:

Think I'm actually saying the opposite. His contract and ties to the city protected him from himself and any real threat of him further wrecking the franchise (cause the failure that is Russ certainly wrecking ball'ed the s*** out of this team). If he was on a 1 year deal, he doesn't walk back all the s*** from the deadline and all star weekend.

At this point it's a bluffing game of poker and hopefully Jeanie learned enough about poker from her dad (her fiance also starred in a poker movie, so there's that).

Yeah..yeah..I know...it kinda hard to make the two situations sound so similar after thinking about it right?
