I blow it up and start over. Somebody will overcompensate for Lebron as "the missing piece". I'm sure of it.

Can't. He has to break the scoring record as a Laker

It's based on his history. He missed a game with a sore left wrist for crying out loud. 3-4 weeks is an exaggeration but no doubt it would be 1-2. He has the moniker Day-to-Davis for a reason.

I'm sure Magic will claim that he had him locked up, just like DD and Rob botched that one too

because people hate the lakers? my point was that you have no idea how severe the ankle turn was relative to lebron's.

according to AD, his doctors said it would have been worse had he not trained in the manner he did to avoid such things.

at least he didn't quit on the team when it was clear things were going south, like our fearless leader. you think AD couldn't have put up 40 to shut up the talking heads and earn cache with casual fans?

    lol.

    also, lebron's more like:

Freak injuries happen. Sometimes an ankle or leg gets bent in a way that you can’t prevent, in a way that you can’t feasibly play through and any player would naturally need some significant time off. That’s not an indictment on the player’s injury proneness, durability, preparedness, desire to win, value, etc.

I know you’ve been championing this in defense of AD.

So I can’t tell if you’re just sarcastically trying to make that point again, or if you actually think that Lebron quit on the team and should’ve been playing in the last 2 games.

History has shown that whenever AD's ankle did something like this

he'd miss quite a bit of time. Now of course, I'm speculating in jest regarding AD's length of time being injured, similar to you speculating that Lebron is quitting on the team and not really injured for missing the last 2 games, when you also know neither the extent of his ankle injury or what the doctors have said.

Who cares if Lebron went out and put up 60 back to back? Good for him.The season ended already.

i think lebron is hurt and not playing. i think AD is hurt and playing. i think one is criticized in either case, and the other is criticized in neither case.

looks a lot like AD's injury, except he wasn't airborne prior to landing (which matters a lot, force-wise--believe me, i know from experience).

lebron missed a ton of time when hill dove into his legs last year, and everyone just got mad at hill, not lebron. when a guy got chucked into AD's legs this year, he's MR GLASS.

    these are my points.
