Since @sirronstuff kept referring to him as the Batman of the team, we need Frank to be his Bane, WestBreak!!!

I’m beginning to believe that Frank is incapable of adjustments, lol

Which is weird because during the championship run we made great adjustments out of half time… and during the playoffs after Game 1 of every series.

This season he’s made so many questionable decisions

this season is mostly not his fault, but I dont think he should stay for next season.

saw frank getting roasted again today. looked at box score: 7-34 from three and a billion turnovers. everyone saying it's the product of poorly constructed offense.

looked at starting lineup: how is that group supposed to score other than iso lebron?

looked at bench to see what frank should have done: finds no good options.

looked at frank's comments: basically--teams are packing the paint and daring us to shoot and that's creating turnovers and missed shots.

looked at many of our comments in the pre-season about roster construction leading to offensive issues: checks out.

westbrook and a center doesn't work on offense, but with westbrook and lebron boycotting defense, you can't afford to play small on that end.

sure, vogel's gone, but again i wonder who in the world does anything with this.

Any team Lebron is on the GM is not the GM and the coach isn't the coach. When he was younger they would suffer through that because he was good enough to win championships despite himself. Now he is a disaster, all coaches have to say how great he is and how they love coaching him but no coach would want to coach him now unless he just couldn't get a job any other way. He still tries to be everything and want everything his way. He ruins your offense with too much dribbling, turnovers and ill advised shots. He ruins your defense by refusing to play any but he is Lebron so its cool. I hope Frank some how survives this, as he will be a good coach with coachable players. He has turned over every leaf but there has been nothing but rot under each one. Frank has three superstars..lol One I described already, one doesn't want to play the position best for the team (though AD showed some signs of life before getting hurt) The other doesn't seem to grasp the simple concept that to wins games we need to outscore the other team and his stats don't mean squat. I wish Phil was coaching for one reason. He would not be able to do anything with them either but we would get some hilarious quotes through the media. I know he can't but I would like to see Frank come out and just say these guys suck and refuse to play a team game. It is obvious and it would make him seem like not such a wimp.

i agree. but again, like to see the guy who kept the team under these circumstances. maybe a guy with a longer contract?

i'm fine with frank going, but he can't be alone on his way out.

I hope there's accountability across the board.

    There likely won't be, though.

    He'll be the scapegoat

Yep Rambis already wanted to fire him midseason and we’ve only gotten worse. The FO did him no favors and put him in an impossible situation as a lame duck coach with a roster he couldn’t possibly work with as a defensive guy, let alone burdened with making Russ fit with Lebron. He’s gone. As I’ve said before though I kind of dread the next HC hire. Lakers have an awful track record there post Phil.

Frank can always fall back on, not having one or both of his two superstars for long stretches, over these last two seasons. Some GM might buy that and give him another shot at a HC gig. However his goose has been cooked in LA. He is a pretty average coach IMO. He most definitely hasn't overachieved here at all. Thanks for the chip tho.

we'd have one title, one first round exit, and be in 8th instead of 10th.

I think Lue or Williams would have done better than Vogel, over these last two seasons regular season standings wise. No Lebron or AD tho?..it's a done deal regardless, in the playoffs.

if only Vogel had a spine, the team makeup and the asst coaches reflect the HC decision, Vogel just takes whats given...but yes not all his faults when we lack defensive players and non injury prone types
